This is my adoption reciept & guarantee ~

Guarantee:

This agreement acknowledges receipt of a _________ puppy that is in good health. Buyer can choose to take this puppy (at buyer expense) to a veterinarian of their choice for a health wellness check within 3 days. If this puppy is examined and found to have congenital defect, the full purchase price will be refunded with the return of the puppy within this period.

 

I guarantee 1 year against genetic health defects that will seriously affect the pup's quality of life ~ short of euthanasia or require continuous medical treatment through out the remaining of the puppy's life. I will provide the following options at my discretion:

 

1) Should buyer wish to keep the dog and accept partial refund, with proof of spay/neuter, will receive 50% of purchase price.

2) Should buyer wish to return the dog to me, I will replace with another puppy when one of equal value is available.

This guarantee is null and void upon any evidence of abuse or neglect or low blood sugar which buyer must be vigilant for at all times. To remain in effect, this puppy must receive its core shots as according to the recommended schedule by a veterinarian or qualified person. Spay/neuter is recommended when the puppy is 6 months old for a happier and healthier life.

 Buyer assumed all responsibilities & liabilities of his/her puppy once the puppy has left my premises with exception of the above guarantee.

 

Guarantee covers only life threatening hereditary conditions that will serverely affect the suitability of this dog as a pet & does NOT apply to the following ~

* Size, show and breeding ability.
* Associated charges to ship a puppy such as - air freight, vet fee's or transaction fees.
* Trachea, hernias, testicles (not descending), luxation of patella Grade 1 or 2.
* Infectious disease & parasites beyond provided puppy care.
* Guarantee is non-transferable.
* Guarantee only covers the cost of the puppy.
